Built by Exercise Innovation for athletes who want more than a basic comeback.

An online sports performance program built to support athletes through the physical and mental demands of ACL recovery.
Built by Exercise Innovation for athletes who want more than a basic comeback.

After an ACL injury, athletes are often focused on strength, mobility, and getting cleared to play again. But the mental side matters too.
Many athletes return physically ready but still hesitate, hold back, or fear getting injured again. That is why this program combines physical training progressions with mental performance tools, giving athletes a more complete path back to sport.
The body has to recover. The mind has to trust the comeback.
Structured ACL-focused training designed to improve movement quality, balance, strength, control, and sport-specific readiness.
Tools for goal setting, mental imagery, breathing, self-talk, emotional control, and confidence-building during the recovery process.
Built for athletes who want guidance, structure, and motivation as they move from recovery work toward return-to-sport preparation.
The program brings together the physical and mental pieces athletes need during ACL recovery and return-to-sport preparation.
Phase-based training to help athletes move from early foundation work toward more advanced sport-specific movement.
Improve how the body senses, controls, and reacts during movement.
Target the glutes, hamstrings, hips, and supporting muscles that help protect the knee during sport.
Create short-term recovery goals that help athletes stay focused and motivated.
Support the mental side of recovery so athletes can return with more trust in their body.
Training concepts focused on balance, movement control, body awareness, landing mechanics, and better athletic positioning.
Build better trunk control to support safer and stronger athletic movement.
Practice seeing successful movement and return-to-play moments before they happen.
Use breathing tools to control energy, pressure, and focus.
The program offers a 7-day free trial, followed by $24.99/month or $249/yearly.

*This program is designed as sports performance and recovery support. Athletes should always follow guidance from their doctor, physical therapist, athletic trainer, or qualified care provider.
Recovery can be frustrating, emotional, and uncertain. Athletes may feel disconnected from their team, worried about re-injury, or unsure if they can return at the same level. This program gives athletes mental tools they can use throughout the recovery process.
Break the comeback into clear, manageable steps.
Visualize strong movement, confident performance, and successful return-to-sport moments.
Build language that supports confidence, focus, and resilience.
Use the setback as fuel and attack the recovery process with purpose.

Shift attention back to the small details that create better movement.
*This program should support the athlete's broader recovery process and should not replace medical guidance, physical therapy, surgical instructions, or return-to-play clearance from qualified professionals.

View Plans & EnrollβMy daughter is a traveling soccer player who tore her ACL. To get her back to playing I scoured the internet for someone to help me. Fortunately, my friend turned me towards Exercise Innovation and Dave Boyer, an ATC, CSCS and Mental Performance coach right in my backyard. Since working with Coach Dave my daughter is more confident and shows increased athleticism post ACL injury. Coach Dave applies the principles of general strength into his program with progression into additional exercise for improved function through stability and balance. He works on her mental ability throughout the session while doing what he refers to as functional exercise to improve her speed and agility. I believe this program has been beneficial in her recovery both physically and mentally. I would recommend it to any athlete who is suffering from an ACL injury and wants to get back to 100%.β
